  • Guild (Server) Information — server ID, name, and roles to provide server-specific functionality.
  • Order Data — order details, statuses, and messages created through the bot or dashboard.
  • Configuration Data — settings you configure for your server, such as staff roles, channels, and custom messages.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Provide order management services within your Discord server.
  • Display order data and server information in the web dashboard.
  • Send notifications related to order updates and status changes.
  • Improve the service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in MongoDB databases hosted on secure, reputable infrastructure providers. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your order data and server information remain within the context of your Discord server. Only authorized members of your server (based on the roles you configure) can access order data through the bot or dashboard.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as OrderBuddy is active in your Discord server. If the bot is removed from your server, your data will be retained for a grace period of 30 days in case of re-installation. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. You can also request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting us.
